If you have a horse that you would like to sell, or are looking for a new partner, let's start that process! Our wealth of experience with sales of all types of horses, and frequent buying trips to Europe, will help make it a smooth process.
Boarding
Our facility can offer a long list of amenities to make sure that our horses and riders are all as happy, safe, and comfortable as possible! Some of the things our facility offers are:
All 11 stalls have a Bioret Therapeutic Mattress system, which is a highly researched stall mattress proven to have wonderful effects for our equine partners.
Open style with amazing air flow, where every stall has a window, and spacious barn aisle way at 16ft.
Grooming areas and wash stall area with poured rubber flooring for optimal safety and comfort.
Individual tack lockers for clients.
Grass paddocks of various sizes to fit the needs of each horse.
All weather dry paddocks.
Dust free arena footing.
Full wall of mirrors in our indoor, as well as a viewing area.
A quiet and peaceful property for horses and riders to fully relax and enjoy!
Board: $1500
We feed grain 3x per day with hay at each meal, as well hay at night check.
Stalls are cleaned 3x per day.
Horses are turned out daily, weather permitting, and use of dry paddocks when needed.
Blankets and fly sheets are changed as needed at no extra cost.
Full Training: $1500
Any combination of training rides or lessons can be offered at 5-6 times per week, depending on the needs of your horse.
Board + Full Training = $3,000
Partial Training: $700
Any combination of training rides or lessons offered twice a week, or 8 times throughout the month.
Board + Partial Training = $2,200
Training and Competition
Every training session can feel different, and it is no easy task to achieve the perfection we are after. Even if an individual training session is hard, don't let it bring you down! Together we can work through any problems you or your horse might be having, and lay out a plan to reach the goals you have as a rider.

We will assist in getting you show ready in all ways! Preparing a correctly ridden test, making sure you optimize the potential of your horse on show day, focusing under the show nerves, are just a few things we are here for!
